Single piece of equipment. A Rollieflex 2.8.
I would definitely place the new Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM Zoom Lens in it.
I would carry my Nikon F6 with 50/1.4G and SB-800.
I would carry it everywhere with a brand new Nikon D-800 so I would always have my camera with me! It would be so stylish!
Definitely a Hasselblad XPan.
Leica M6 w/ 35/2asph and 50/1.4 and fill the rest with Tri-x!

There is no purpose in taking picture, if you only look at them on the screen (I assume, you have a camera, since we are talking about camera-equipment)
I’d put a Fuji X100 likely. Because the E-M5+PL25 is two pieces of equipment =P
70-200 2.8L IS II lens. That would be an awesome way to fill up the bag.
